If you are a new client, please complete our form on the contact us page and one of our staff members will get in touch with you. They will arrange a complimentary introductory meeting so we can meet and assess your dog for joining group walks and other services.
Will I Get a Dedicated Dog Walker?
We prefer to maintain consistency and assign a specific pet care professional to your pooch. However, due to some other urgent commitments, we may have to send other team members. Since they are all passionate about animals, it takes them just a few minutes to build a rapport with your furry friend.
What Are Your Work Hours?
Our office hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. To schedule your dog walking or pet grooming, please get in touch with us through phone or email.
How Do You Provide Personalised Care?
Our team members meet you and get familiar with your pet’s needs and daily routine. They take note of all the minor details, such as the likes and dislikes of your canine and work with them accordingly.
